Product Overview
Our coconut shell charcoal briquettes are produced from carefully selected coconut shells that are carbonized, ground, mixed with a small amount of natural binder, and pressed into uniform shapes such as cubes, hexagonal sticks, and pillow briquettes. Compared to traditional wood charcoal, coconut shell briquettes burn longer, generate less ash, and have no unpleasant smoke or odor.

Production Process
- Raw Material Selection
Clean, coconut shells charcoal are collected from trusted suppliers. The coconut shells are burned in low-oxygen kilns to produce high-quality coconut shell charcoal with high fixed carbon and low ash content. - Sorting
Foreign materials such as sand, wood, and fibers are removed to ensure a pure charcoal base. - Crushing and Screening
The charcoal is crushed into fine powder and sieved to obtain a uniform particle size. This is important for strong, dense briquettes with even burning. - Mixing and Briquetting
The charcoal powder is mixed with a small amount of natural, food-grade binder and then pressed into the requested shapes and sizes (cube, hexagonal, finger, pillow, etc.). - Drying and Cooling
Fresh briquettes are dried in ovens or drying rooms until they reach the target moisture. After drying, they are cooled and stabilized to prevent cracks and breakage. - Quality Control and Packaging
Each batch is tested for moisture, ash, fixed carbon, and burning time. Only briquettes that pass quality standards are packed and prepared for shipment.
